to the following in Chapter 14;

This is a story about Hamerton, a large school that has a lot of things going on, most of them being illegal and terrorizing. Natalie Bradley, an intelligent and talented girl from Brooklyn joins this school after her friend Caitlin who was allegedly murdered in Hamerton. She is agonized by the news of her friend's tragic death and she has to face up with Hamerton's bloody governance in order to secure the President's badge that has the power to decode a bomb that could cause a large massacre, soon.
She teams up with Trevor Tommy, the ex and most renowned president of Hamerton, Ingrid, and other Class D students against Nicky and her fellow evil seniors.

Consider the words standing out in the summaries. 'friend'
In the first case, Caitlin was supposedly murdered. But, as the story went on, we realized that Mr. Tommy (Trevor's dad) confessed to have met Caitlin with her brother and they are living with their father in Canada! So, in this case, Natalie was agonized by the news of Caitlin's tragic death.
As for the second case, the 'friend' stands for Erin. So, here Natalie is agonized by the news of Erin's tragic death.
As we have seen in the preceded episode of Hamerton, Erin, together with Michael Morningstar were murdered in his hospital ward.

Thank you if you keep following on the story.
Stay tuned for more to come in Hamerton.
