“Trevor Tommy.” Erin had said.
The name echoed in Caitlin’s mind all that night. She knew who Trevor Tommy was. Trevor was one of those kids who got all they ever wanted. Caitlin met him in one big celebration held in Florida, USA in 2008. The man who hosted the party was Tommy Michael, Trevor’s dad and Mr. Brooks’ employer. The Brooks and Tommy were family friends and that’s how Caitlin met Trevor.
According to Caitlin’s knowledge, Trevor was a very intelligent guy and if he was the president of HAMERTON schools then he truly deserved it. She wondered just how more handsome he must have grown to be. Since they saw each other, it was past 2 years. Sighing, she turned around on her bed deciding to catch some sleep. Just then a shutter of glass arouse her from her bed.
“Ouch!” a painful cry followed.
Caitlin dismounted the bunk bed quickly and dashed to where the sounds came from. It was very dim and she forgot where the light switches of their dormitories were located. Luckily she could get her torch from her school bag close to the bedroom exit.
She got into a long corridor that was bordered by many open door rooms. The design, as Caitlin thought was purposefully used for security, in case there was any problem, the students will have a quick exit.
She walked to the end of the corridor where the sounds felt to have come from. There was a staircase and she swayed her hand with the torch around it. She could see a girl sitting on one of the stairs collecting pieces of broken glass.
“Are you okay?” Caitlin called. The girl turned to her and Caitlin waved the torch light away.
“Not really.” The girl replied afterwards.
Caitlin walked down to her. “What happened?”
“I was going to take water and the lights went off. I got scared and my glass slipped.”
“Are you hurt?”
“No.”
Caitlin took the girl’s hand and lifted her up. She looked down on the glass, “so what do we do with that?”
Just then, a light from one of the school buildings flickered. The girls could see it from the transparent glass walls of their own boarding flat.
“Ooh my goodness!” the girl exclaimed with an inquisitive alarm.
“What?” Caitlin asked
Without responding, the girl snatched her arm free from Caitlin’s clutch and started running down the stairs.
“Hey!” Caitlin called going after her. It took them at least three minutes to finish the stairs and Caitlin was already panting breathlessly.
The girl hardly halted to catch a breath and Caitlin chased her to the main school compound. They only stopped a few times to evade the dozens of guards roaming around the school yard.
“Why are you running?” Caitlin asked in a whisper.
“Why are you following me? You should get back inside.” The girl whispered back. They were standing behind an oak within the school premises.
“What if it’s trouble?”
“Then they would sound an alarm.”
“Then why are you running?”
“Are you an MP?”
“What?”
By that time, a guard that threatened their motion had left. The girl resumed her run and Caitlin followed. They emerged into the Chief school building and to a staircase to one hallway. They tiptoed in the hall way to the only two large swing doors available. These were inscribed;

HAMERTON PARLIAMENT

The girl checked the doors. They were unlocked. She swinged them open and walked in. Caitlin followed to reveal an extra ordinary hall.
