HAMERTON 2
Thank you God for this opportunity.

Hamerton. A large school offering the finest Education to the students of the state and overseas. Natalie joins this school arriving from Brooklyn and she has grief over her lost friends who were murdered in Hamerton. She teams up with Ingrid and their fellow seniors against the House of Representatives to prevent a bomb blast that could cause a large massacre.
Hallow viewers!

continue;

The air inside a hotel room grew tense as a couple got closer to each other, exchanging passion and desire for each other.
The guy maneuvered the girl onto the bed and she held her tie, struggling to pull it off him. Halfway, the guy jerk her hand and with vigor, attacked her lips to throw throbbing kisses to her.
“I am going to marry you, Adeline.” He promised her, with his face lurking close to her neck.
She did not reply, shutting her eyes to feel her deft fingers spread across her body.
Just then, her cellphone rang on a night stand beside the table.
The girl cursed. “Who could think of calling me at this time?”
He kissed her. “Let it go, you’ll check her or him, later.”
She consented his idea at first but, then, the phone rang again.
“Switch it off.” He suggested.
“Let me see who it is first.” She said.
He sighed and moved aside.
She set in place her lop-sided blouse laces and got off the bed to where her phone was.
Her eyebrows furrowed at the number on the screen.
The caller was in England.
She slid the green button on the screen and received it. “Hallo?”
“Nicole.” A man’s voice came.
The girl’s expression changed to seriousness. She drew to a corner of the room. “Howls?”
“Yes it’s me.” The man replied.
She took in a deep breath and asked. “What do you want from me?”
“My wife was kidnapped.” He informed.
“You got married.” She reckoned instead.
“Yes. Just a few months after you disappeared.”
“With Millies?”
“No, no. With another person. But, hey, that is not important what is, is that, she was kidnapped by SOHOT and so far, you are the only one who can find her.”
She took a few seconds, digesting his words. “When did this happen?” She asked first.
“About a day ago. Listen, they want Trevor in exchange for her. They have given us a day to deliver Trevor to them or else they are going to kill Maggie.”
“That’s her name?” she asked. “Maggie?”
“Yes. She is a bit chubby, she has brown hair and a very cute face.”
“Okay. I get that. Amh, so, you are saying that, they want Trevor in exchange for her life?”
“Exactly.”
“Oh. I’m sorry Howls that, you already have to go through this.”
There was a deep sigh. “Thank you Nicky. Honestly, I really need your help.”
“I promise to do whatever I can. Listen, where did the kidnapping take place?”
“At the University where Trevor was admitted to, by her father. The men used to observe Maggie from an adjacent room. They took her from her hostel room.”
“Okay. Did the bad guys mention where you are supposed to deliver Trevor?”
“They won’t say until tomorrow night.”
“Does Mr. Tommy know?”
“No. Trevor insisted on staying in London to help me find Maggie. Henry replaced him in LA with his father.”
Nicky sighed. “Oh Howls. This is such a big mess.”
“You can’t imagine how I’m taking it.”
“We’ll find your wife, alright?”
“I hope so, Nicky. Do you know where they could be hiding her? In London?”
“There’s a building but, you won’t be able to get in. Only I can.”
“But, they know that you are dead.”
“I will try to get in and leave with Maggie without anyone seeing me.”
“Thank you, Nicky. But, you’ll tell us where you are going so that we can keep you safe.”
“Alright.”
“How fast can you get here?”
She checked her watch. “Maybe by 5pm. I’ll go to the airport right away.”
“Let me arrange your flight then. Are you still using the name, Adeline?”
“Yeah.” She replied, sadly.
“Okay. We’ll be waiting for you.”
“Okay. Thank you.”
“No. Thank you.”
Nicky smiled a little, lowering the phone. She felt good to connect with her old life.
Concluding his training earlier than them, Corny Howls became the couch to Nicky and Ingrid. In those brief years, Nicky and Howls also shared a romance but, it lasted for a short time because, she was assigned to love Trevor Tommy. An assignment that, she fell for.
After a year or two, she was shifted to Hamerton and there, Trevor treated her like a shadow of a past that, he resented so much.
Nicky learned later that, Trevor grew attached to her fellow trainee, Ingrid. Nicky figured their tasks as emotional manipulation. She did not know whether Ingrid liked him back or she was just following Mr. Tommy’s or Bill’s instructions.
But, after her figurative death, Nicky sought to move on. She was not needed in the ‘field’ and she had cash to start a new life.
She thought of completing High school but, her idea was crashed by all the requirements she needed to study in a new country.
So, she looked for work and found one at a bar. When she got harassments she found another work in a hotel. Luckily for her, she was hired in a very classic hotel in Geneva.
She served as a Chef’s aid. He was a kind old man who pitied her because of what she told her about her life story.
The man with her in the room was six years older than she was. They first met outside a shopping mall, when he knocked her with his car.
Nicky got a spasm on her shoulder that made her stop in front of the road.
He took her into his ride and rushed her to a hospital where he also took care of her. They got acquainted with a lot of difficult on her part.
Later, he offered her a job in his hotel. There, she served as the chef’s assistance.
She turned around and met with a diamond heart ring with a silver band.
Gale held it in his fingers with a smile on his face. “Adeline. I am serious about us. Will you please, marry me?”
Nicole’s eyes filled with tears. She had never felt that joyous in her life.
Gale Baeyer was the only real and clean thing that ever happened to her.
He took her left hand as she remained speechless, apparently too exhilarated by his request.
He got on his knees as she watched at him with glee on her face.
“Adeline X X.” He said and they both laughed. “Will you please, marry me?”
She released a tear, feeling so overwhelmed with happiness. She was more than willing to agree and say yes but, though the word was close to her lips, she could not repeat it to the man that she came to love.
“Oh Gale.” She sighed. She sounded to clearly hold something back. Or at least, something held her back. Her past.
She did not think that, Gale would marry her; a young woman sentenced to protect some wealthy kid for the rest of her life.
Gale furrowed his eyebrows. “What’s wrong? Don’t you love me?”
“No.” she denied quickly. “I love you. With all my heart. It’s just that.” She said, beginning to excuse herself. She ended up sighing. “I can’t explain.”
He rose, still holding her hands. “Adeline. You can trust me with anything. I know that, we don’t know each other much but, whatever you have done in your life before me, doesn't matter. I love you now and to me, the present and future is all that, counts.”
His words touched her heart but, the more they did, the more she felt to stay away from him.
“Adeline.” He called.
She looked down. “I have to leave.”
“Adeline?” he called with devastation in his voice.
She glanced at him. Pain etched in her eyes. “Now.”
“What is it, Adeline? Tell me?” he begged.
She sighed deeply, releasing tears. “Gale. I love you. So much. You are the first person in my life who make me feel complete. I never thought that, I could be happy until I met you.” she said and paused. He smiled at the words that came out of her mouth but, her relenting, made him worry. “But, I don’t think that, I could ever be happy.”
He furrowed her eyebrows. “Why?”
“Because, I have other responsibilities and they wear me down. I don’t want to involve you in my issues. You will think differently of me and I wouldn't want that.”
“But, Adeline, whatever, whatever you are going through, you can tell me. I will protect you. I want to be a part of your life. I love you.”
She squeezed her eyes shut, releasing a lot of tears. “I’m scared.” She said and unto his surprise, threw her hands around him, embracing him, strongly.
He hugged her back. “I will help you, Adeline. I promise you that, I love you more than anything.”

She just hoped that, she could rely on his promise.

HAMERTON 2 Chapter 3- Final episode

Happy weekend viewers!

Previously on Hamerton; Ivan finds Ingrid alone in Natalie's office, looking for the President's badge. They both have to find Natalie, to get the badge before she gives it up to Archibald, at the emergency assembly at nine.
Natalie bumps into Archibald who openly shows his hate toward her and humiliates her in front of the press. She has to follow him into the theater where all students are gathering to watch her resign.

Continue into the final episode of this Chapter of Hamerton

Ivan and Ingrid searched for Natalie in vain. As the time went, Ivan realized that he did not have the opportunity to announce the emergency assembly. Thanks to HAD TV, everyone knew where to gather even before it struck 9 ‘O’ clock.
At that time, Natalie found herself standing behind the decibel without her written speech. She did not have the time to meet up with Ivan and collect the speech. She regretted to have left her office in the first place. Maybe, together, they would have come up with a plan to combat the situation.
Now, facing an audience who highly anticipated her downfall, Natalie was cornered.
She shut her eyes for some seconds, searching for words that could at least, hide her shame. Not for something that she did but, for all the things that bad people spread about her.
She remembered her mom’s words about praying and being strong and all the good things. She just hoped that they would work at that time. She then took in a deep breath and opened her eyes.
She greeted but, as she expected, there was no response.
She sighed. The spectators were so discouraging. And to think that, it was this people that elected her.
Yes! ‘People who elected her’. That would be her pick up line!
She smiled a little and took in a deep breath, bracing herself to address the students. “Early this year on February 17th, I, Natalie Bradley, monitor of the student class of the Democratic Party that is, Class D was elected by majority vote of the Hamerton students, to become the 15th President of Hamerton School in Hamerton, succeeding the 14th President, Trevor Tommy, former monitor of the Senior class of the Solidarity party that is Class S. The elections that took place at the same time, marked the first transition of the student government of Hamerton from the two decade rule of the Solidarity Party of the senior students to the Democratic party that was supported by many students of Hamerton.” she paused and there were many blunt expressions given by the audience. “I will not be bragging if I say that, these elections were the most truthful and fare. There were many celebrations in Hamerton after the Democratic Party won. Many students were tired of the almost endless regime of the Solidarity party that, was filled with class division, improper use of power and regretfully, loss of our fellow Hamerton students.”
There were nods.
“In my time, I struggled to reconcile the two major classes; the Solidarity and the Democratic. I managed to achieve this by forming a coalition government where, I chose the Vice President from the Solidarity Party, Mr. Sylvester Fish and picked Ministers from the same party as well as from other subclasses such us the Republic class, class R and Transformation class, class T. These, along with the Democratic class formed the Hamerton government that ruled in equity and peace throughout my time. And as we may have noticed,” she paused to add a little bit informally, “Nowadays, we have couples coming from different classes and Mr. and Ms. Hamerton title this year went to Brendan Bryson and Anitha Jordan, both alumni of class S and class R students of Hamerton.” she paused and there were more nods and chuckles.
She smiled a little, feeling encouraged. “Apart from that, the new government managed to bring Development to our school by authorizing formation of private institutions such as the M ‘n’ E Paper which was an idea of Miss Ingrid S Tommy, founded and supported by all the class D and S members, in memory of our students; Michael Morningstar and Erin Shawn. M ‘n’ E provides weekly news to the Hamerton community.
“We also have Hamerton All Day TV and the Junior Bakery which run smoothly as part of Hamerton institutions.
“Students of Hamerton. As you may have been well informed, the relationship between me and the Head girl of one of Hamerton’s partner schools, Paula Moure was not working perfectly. I would like to explain the event that happened yesterday night but, to do that, I first have to narrate to you correctly,” she emphasized, “how everything happened.”
The audience was silent, attentive.
“Paula Moure and I met for the first time, here in Hamerton, when I was an MP. She came as a member of the House of Representative group to be a part of the planning of the international debate competitions that later took place in Berlin, Germany.” She paused, recalling. “I was recommended to be among the speakers who represented Hamerton in the competitions in Berlin and when I arrived there, it was evident that, I was going to lead Hamerton to the finals and perhaps, win the cup for our school.” She paused and there were nods of assertions. “St. Ann Marie was our only challenge or at least, we were their biggest challenge. I believe that, Miss Moure realized that and for whatever her reasons, plotted to harm me.
“I will not get into too much details but, the efforts of Paula to take my life, caused the end of my friend and member of the House of Representatives, Ashleigh Smith.” She said as her eyes filled with tears. “Ashleigh died awfully and Paula Moure was arrested for it. After returning back home in New York, I was called to the hearing of Paula’s case in France but, I did not go. I did not want to repay Paula for the harm that, she did to me and to my friend, Ashleigh. I believe that, due to insufficient evidence, Paula Moure and her accomplice, Lucie, were released and obviously, resumed their duties as students and members of the HOR.” She paused to check the audience expressions. Most of them were frowning.
“Yesterday, we hosted the HOR in our school and had a private meeting where I did revoke the allegiance of Hamerton with SOHOR, basing on the negligence of the action of Paula to another member of the HOR and other reasons that are a matter of School security.” She said and there were gasps and murmurs. She neglected that and went on. “Yesterday night while I was in the bathroom, Paula came to attack me. She had a pipe in her hand that she was going to hit me with, claiming that, she came to finish the business that she started.
“I tried to calm her but, she was more than willing to end my life. She hit me on the stomach and on the back with the pipe and lying on the ground, the only way that I could keep myself from being killed was to kick her foot.” She sighed. “Paula fell on her back and hit the sink. As I learned later, she injured her head pretty badly.
“Students of Hamerton. I would like to make it clear that, I had no intention of getting back at Paula for the murder of my friend. If I did, then, I would have done that by appearing at the hearing of her case in France and perhaps, ensure her life sentence. If at all you were misled to believe that, I took advantage of our privacy and the absence of secret cameras in the bathrooms, to hit Paula against the sink, then,  I would like to clarify to you today that, I did no such thing. If you follow the case you will find out that, Paula had only one injury on the head while I, broke some ribs and am actually leaning on one side to reach anywhere. That means that, if, I was determined to harm her then, I would have purposely inflict as many injuries as possible on her body, something which, she was doing to me. The wound on Paula, which I regret to have been forcefully caused to cause, was an absolute accident.” She said and sighed deeply while the audience supported her statement with many nods and yes’s.
She took in a deep breath searching for her friends in the crowd. There was Ingrid at the theater entrance, crying. Ivan held her for support.
Natalie looked at the board of directors at the high table and met her gaze with Madam Sue’s. The lady seemed equally sorry.
Natalie sighed and felt her pocket where the original golden-inscribed President’s badge, was.
Yes. She was giving it up. She was reclining from the mission to save Hamerton.
Giving the speech, she already decided to go to London to see Trevor before returning to New York for good.
She took of the badge off, releasing a tear. “I will not deny that, I am a victim of circumstances. I would have loved to keep on governing Hamerton and realize my dreams for this school, Trevor’s dreams.” She said emotionally, thinking about him. “But, to clear my image and to show my integrity and absolute sincerity that I have never meant to harm anyone,” she shut her eyes exhaling. “I, Natalie Bradley the 15th President of Hamerton school in Hamerton, hereby resign from being President and step down from power with the rest of my government, to pave way for the upcoming elections for leaders, who will be true, just, kind, honest and have all the good intentions for the Hamerton Community.” She said, accompanied by many sorrowful sighs. “I am so sorry Hamerton if I ever let you down. Please, don’t hesitate to consult me about anything that you think can raise our school to the next levels. I promise that, for as long as I am here, my ever sincere aid will never fail, to you.” she concluded, releasing tears of sadness.
By this time, Archibald had already proudly walked to the platform to collect the badge. “Cut the crap Miss Bradley. We all know who you really are.” He told her.
She shook her head. “No, sir you don’t. I never meant to hurt Hamerton.”
“Just give me the badge and go already.” He urged her.
She handed him the President’s badge and stepped down the stage, walking down the aisle across the theater.
All the students rose, applauding and calling;

PRESIDENT! PRESIDENT! PRESIDENT!

Natalie was not at all comforted by their praise. She already decided never to run again.

Archibald took the mic. “Okay, okay. Stop the commotion.” He said, sparsely calming the crowd. “From now on, the government will be acted by the Discipline committee. All monitors however, are still holding their duties. You will be notified when you will have the next General election.

HAMERTON Chapter 3-episode 10

Hallo dear viewers.

Previously on Hamerton;Natalie is discharged from the clinic and shows her concern about Paula's health. The doctor tells her and St. Ann Marie girls who came to visit, that Paula is out of danger and that she will be transfered to a hospital in London. Cheryl convinces Natalie to address the Hamerton students about what happened between her and Paula.

Continue;

 Today

Natalie stood nervously at the door of Madam Sue’s office. The director called Natalie soon after she went on air with HTV, unfolding the events that happened in the conference hall with SOHOR and in the bathroom with Paula Moure.
Natalie took in a deep breath and knocked.
“Come in.” Madam sounded from inside the office and Natalie opened the door to enter.
She beheld the lady’s extravagant office, fancily furnished with mahogany. The floor was covered by a brown carpet, and there were expensive paintings on the wall
Madam Sue herself sat behind a desk, wearing a brown suit. She held a pen in her hand and fixed her gaze upon Natalie when she walked in. “How are you Natalie?”
“Doing better ma’am. Good morning?”
“Good morning. Please, have a seat.” The lady replied, waving to a pair of chairs in front of her desk.
Natalie walked forward and occupied one of the seats and then waited to hear what the madam had to say.
“Can you tell me what happened?” Madam Sue began the conversation with a question.
Natalie took in a deep breath and begun. “I was in the bathroom when Paula came to attack me. She had a pipe in her hand. She hit me twice with it. She was going to hit me again if I hadn’t defended myself.” She paused, to add with tears of regret tingling her eyes. “I had no intention of injuring her. I was hardly aware that she knocked herself to a sink. Ma’am, I didn't do anything on purpose. She was going to attack me.”
Madam Sue nodded, showing to accept her statement.
Natalie sighed with relief. “Thank you madam, thank you for believing me.”
“I do Natalie. When I first saw you, I liked you because, you reminded me of my younger self.” She said and suddenly sighed. “I could support you in the discipline meeting to keep you from expulsion but,” she paused.
Natalie furrowed her eyebrows. “But what ma’am?”
“You have to lose your seat.” The lady announced.
Natalie’s mouth dropped open with shock, gasping. “You mean… I,” she swallowed, “I can’t be President?”
Madam Sue nodded.
“But, why?” Natalie asked, frowning. “I didn't do anything. Paula hit me, she was going to kill me. Was I supposed to die?”
“Calm down Natalie.”
Natalie sighed. “I am sorry. I just, I just don’t understand why I have to lose my seat. I can be President. I have to be President.” She cried.
“Natalie it’s the French girls’ statement against yours and all of Hamerton knows that you were unsatisfied with the judgment that the SOHOR gave Paula. It is in the school paper.”
Natalie was silent. She now recalled her speech in the private meeting with the SOHOR. Sylvester. The name came to her mind. She believed that he was the one who leaked their agenda to the press to taint her governance. He was so upset when she broke the allegiance.
Madam Sue shook her head in dismay. “So, it is true.” She concluded.
“No ma’am. I can explain. I broke off with SOHOR for the better of Hamerton.”
“Natalie, that allegiance is 23 years old. Hamerton has benefited so much from it. Whatever your reasons, you had no right to break the engagement.”
“Madam Sue, you don’t understand.” She cried. “I didn't have any selfish reasons when I broke off with SOHOR.” She said, assuming that by ‘reasons’, the lady referred to Paula. “I know how well the allegiance has served Hamerton and how the school’s name has grown because of it. But, I thought that, Hamerton needs a new allegiance, which our school can be supreme leader. I already planned to make communications with schools in America,” she paused, trying to come up with convincing arguments. “New York!” She exclaimed. “Yes, everybody dreams of going to New York.”
“Natalie, didn't you think of adding your ‘New York’ schools to our mother allegiance?”
“No. I want that to be in a separate or rather new allegiance.”
Madam Sue shook her head, seemingly unconvinced. “Even so, Natalie. CCTV cameras caught you and another guy, kissing in the leaders’ quarters.”
Natalie frowned. “I haven’t been kissing anyone in the leaders’ quarters.”
“Trevor, perhaps?”
Natalie was silent, recalling the time when Trevor came to see her in the leaders’ quarters.
“Natalie. You are the top leader of Hamerton. You ought to know better than to give a bad example. You know the rules. The leaders’ quarters are the first place to be honored in all of Hamerton. I mean, you are not allowed to kiss anywhere but, since we can’t control students, at least, we want you to respect those quarters.”
Natalie looked down, feeling embarrassed.
“Natalie. I can’t fight for you any longer. Perhaps, you can run for President in the next elections. If the students still accept you, then, you can have your seat back.”
Natalie looked at her. “Madam, please?” she begged. She did not want to lose the badge. It was the only thing that could save Hamerton.
“No, Natalie. I am sorry.”
Natalie sighed, releasing tears.
“Give me your green card. You will give up your badge to Mr. Archibald in front of all Hamerton students when you to tell them why you are resigning.”
“Please?” Natalie asked again.
Madam Sue extended her hand in response.
Reluctantly, Natalie felt her coat pocket for her President’s mandate card. She gave it to the lady, sighing.
“I am so sorry Natalie.” The lady said sincerely. “But, take it from me that, if you resign, the students will find you accountable. They could elect you again as the next President.”
Natalie was silent.
“Thank you. You may leave now.” The lady said.
Natalie rose. “Thanks’ ma’am. You have done a lot for me.”
“I believe in you.”
Natalie smiled and walked out.
Outside the lady’s office, Natalie met Ivan and Ingrid anxiously waiting for her.
She broke into a cry and immediately fell in Ingrid’s arms. “It’s over Ingrid, we lost.” She sobbed.
Ingrid rubbed her friend’s back, widening her eyes in terror. She could not believe what Natalie just told her.

HAMERTON Chapter 3 episode 5

HAMERTON 2
Thank you God for this opportunity.
Hallo new viewers!

Previously on Hamerton; The HOR arrive Hamerton and Natalie is reluctant to receive them. Ivan meets the Oliver Geniuses who also happens to detest the allegiance and he uses that to encourage Natalie to break the union or at least, ban Paula from being apart of it.
Trevor resolved to tell Natalie to break the union.
Continue;

Trevor stood anxiously at the balcony of their University building, holding his cellphone against his ear. The phone kept on ringing without being received. He cursed and lowered it, trying to call again.
“C’mon pick up the phone Natalie.” He murmured, tapping his phone.
Just then, he felt a hand placed over his shoulder and he turned around quickly.
“Hallow?” Kehlan greeted, standing in front him. She was quite sullen unlike he usually saw her.
“Hi.” He replied.
She glanced at the phone in his hand and later at him. “Sorry, did I interrupt your call with someone?”
“No.” he replied and sighed. “Actually, I have been trying to reach this person and could not succeed.”
“I am sorry for you.” she said in a low and sad voice.
He furrowed his eyebrows. “Everything okay?”
She shook her head slowly. Her eyes also glittered with tears.
He narrowed his eyes. “What’s the matter?”
She blinked quickly, trying to shave away her tears and swallowed. “Can we talk?”
“Sure, sure.” He nodded and added. “At the café perhaps?”
“No. The trysting tree at the east of the theater hall. It’s quitter there.” He suggested.
He nodded. “Okay. Amh… There is a trysting tree inside campus?”
She chuckled, showing her first smile since she arrived. “You clearly do not walk around.”
“Well...” he begun excusing himself. “Maybe not that much.”

Back in Hamerton, Natalie took the stage before the HOR. The Representative students, from various schools, occupied a row of seats in a mini conference hall within block B of Hamerton. Here was where Natalie received the House Of Representatives for the first time since they arrived. She had given instructions not to use the Parliament or the theater for their initial meeting and kept the press out of the discussion.
After greeting, she scanned the speech on the decibel that Ivan prepared for her. She smiled a little and read. “Honorable members of the System of Organization of The House Of Representatives, namely; Hamerton School in Madrid, Hamerton girls’ school in Manchester, Neumann Oberschule, Oliver Geniuses, Riktig måte, St. Ann Marie,” she turned to the spectators. “Hamerton School in Hamerton feels greatly privileged to host you and hold the twenty third annual meeting of the House of Representatives in our campus. I, as President of Hamerton, on behalf of the Hamerton community say; welcome.” She begun and paused for some ‘thank you’s.
She turned back to the paper. “Honourable members of SOHOR, you will find that, over the past months, since our last meeting, a lot of things have changed in Hamerton School in Hamerton. This includes the students’ government which is the vital component of the SOHOR. As it is, the primary pillar of SOHOR, government transitions, within the member schools, must coincide with the inauguration in the SOHOR.” She faced the audience. “Honorable members of SOHOR, I believe that, there are some things that we have not addressed. In the inauguration, which the current government of Hamerton School in Hamerton has not yet gone through, the HOR swear to integrity. Some months ago, contrary to that happened, with a leader of the House Of Representatives causing the brutal death of another member of the HOR.” At this the Oliver Geniuses students nodded in approval. Natalie smiled at that. “Hamerton School in Hamerton, does not think that there is any need to go through the inauguration or even, maintain this allegiance, if the principles of the System of Organization of the House of Representatives are violated without the culprits being, punished.” She said, fixing her gaze on Paula who already seemed restless.
At the Hamerton’s side, Sylvester frowned. That was not what he expected from Natalie. He thought that, they agreed to leave the subject of breaking the allegiance out of the discussion. Ivan, who sat next to him, gave Sylvester an assured smile, signaling him that everything was okay.
Natalie went on, looking at the paper. “I recognize the clause 16 of the Constitution that, any member of the SOHOR can delay or reject the inauguration procedure of the SOHOR if at all the member has a valid complaint against the observation of the pillars of the SOHOR.” She turned to her hearers. “In this case, the death of a member of SOHOR in the hands of another member of SOHOR is more than a valid complaint. Hamerton School in Hamerton has every right to be fearful of the SOHOR given that, the incident that happened eight months ago, was not dealt with.” She paused, steeling herself to add. “Hamerton School in Hamerton hereby place a vote of no confidence on the current leaders of the SOHOR and…" she took in a deep breath and went on, "since, we have not yet been inaugurated…” she searched for Ivan in the room and smiled broadly when their gaze met. “I hereby declare the withdrawal of Hamerton School in Hamerton, from the System of Organization of the House of Representatives.”
“What!” Hans exclaimed along with more other representatives inside the room.
Sylvester could not keep himself from rising and walking straight to the decibel.
“What are you doing?” he snapped at Natalie.
“Keeping my school safe.” She replied.
“You can’t do this!” The leader of the Hamerton School in Madrid called out from the spectators.
Sylvester grabbed the mic, slightly pushing Natalie aside. “Honorable members of SOHOR…” He begun before the microphone stopped working.
He frowned and glared at Ivan who seemed to have been mischievously mastered that.
Ivan had risen from his seat. He neglected Sylvester and turned to the HOR members. “Natalie has every right to do whatever she did.” He told them. “This allegiance has caused nothing more than bloodshed, contrary to the integrity that the members of SOHOR have sworn to. With all due respect, honorable members of the SOHOR, you are now recognized as transfer students from partner schools of Hamerton and not members of some wicked allegiance.”
There were shocked gasps.
“Do you know what you’re doing?” A Riktig måte student asked, rising to respond to Ivan. “Breaking this allegiance will cost you dearly.”
“This is just a misunderstanding.” Sylvester tried to intervene.
“No. It is no misunderstanding.” Alastair disagreed, rising as well. “Oliver Geniuses is also against this allegiance given that, we are the victims of the violation of the SOHOR pillar.”
The St. Ann Marie girls were silent.
“Mr. Alastair?” Hans called, trying to plead with him.
“It is true, Hans. We find no profit in this allegiance and it will be against the memory of our member if we keep it.” Alastair told him.
“Mr. Alastair we will deal with that, there is no need to break this union.” Sylvester said.
“There is.” Alastair rejected.
The Hamerton girls of Manchester just shook their heads with impatience.
“Gentlemen, please?” Ivan called. “May we please retire to our temporary homes, we will take care of informing your schools that, Hamerton has been withdrawn from SOHOR and they can pick you at any time from now.”
“You’re throwing us out?” the Riktig måte leader asked.
“Wait till Archibald hears about this!” The leader of Hamerton School in Madrid shouted from the back seats.
Tension inside the room grew as everyone begun arguing about the double-decade old allegiance break up.
Natalie gulped. She never stopped to think about what Archibald would say after hearing what she just did. She knew that Archibald was equally as bad as the rest of the SOHOR were.
“Boys, boys, quite.”
All eyes in the room turned to the center of the crowd from where the sound came from.
A brunette and the only in the room, rose. She was about eighteen as Natalie imagined. She wore a dark suit and seemed quite confident under her attire. “If Natalie wants to withdraw Hamerton from the allegiance then, so be it.” She said defiantly.  “It’s not like SOHOR is shaken.” She added and turned to Alastair. “My condolences Mister Alastair and if you want to break from the allegiance, it’s alright.” She said and turned to Hans. “Hold yourself together, Hans. You’re better than that.”
Hans cleared his throat and groomed his uniform daintily.
The girl looked at Natalie and took the straight path to the stage and halted a few feet from her. “You’re just as I heard.”
Natalie was silent, not wanting to flinch in front her.
“Brilliant, bold, modest but, stupid.” The girl remarked.
Natalie frowned. “I will not take that from you.”
She chuckled devilishly. “You will rot, Natalie Bradley and I will see to it that you do.”
Natalie fumed with furry.
Ivan, who had already approached the two, took Natalie’s side. “May I remind you that, you are talking to the President.” He said.
The girl glanced at him and nodded to whatever she understood. “It’s alright.” She said and turned back to the HOR who were still watching. “Let us leave with our pride ladies and gentlemen.”

Most of them nodded in agreement and made their way out of the conference hall.

HAMERTON Chapter 3 episode 4

 HAMERTON 2
Thank you God for this opportunity.
Hallo new viewers and Happy weekend!

Previously on Hamerton. Kenneth contacted Trevor and informed him about Simon's death. Kenneth thinks that it was SOHOT who did it. To keep Natalie from going through the inauguration, Trevor thinks of telling her to break the allegiance with SOHOR but, not unto his and Kenneth' expectation, the HOR are arriving Hamerton, soon.

Continue;

Natalie stood at the patio of the main building entrance, watching as the buses carrying the House Of Representatives arrive Hamerton. She had her hands joined behind her back, waiting in silence as three buses, skid across the driveway to the building’s front yard.
“Miss President.”
She twisted her head to above her left shoulder and smiled at Suresh. “Yes?”
Aren't you going to walk down and greet the guests?”
“I’d rather not.” She said.
He nodded. “I remember that incident in Berlin last year. I am so sorry that you have to face up with the St. Ann Marie girl again.”
She sighed. “Thank you.”
“But, you know, security in Hamerton has improved.”
“I do. But, the girl still gives me Goosebumps. Ashleigh died so awfully and it was all her doing.”
“Do you know how she got out? She was arrested right?”
“Yes. But, I was called to the hearing to testify against her but, my mom wouldn't let me. She also did not want to waste our resources. France is very far you know.”
“From your home, yes but, not from here.”
“Yes.” She agreed and turned back to the yard.
The buses' doors were already opening and beginning to drop some of the students.

Ivan was at the yard on behalf of Natalie. He welcomed the guests with Sylvester and the school’s discipline teacher, Mr. Gram.
Ivan exchanged handshakes with the HOR, greeting them; “Welcome to Hamerton on behalf of the School President.”
“Guten Tag, Wie geht es Ihnen?” Sylvester addressed the Neumann Oberschule students.
The Head Boy of Neumann, who was also the one who received Hamerton in Germany, Hans Muller responded. “Gut, danke. You can speak very well in German.”
“Well, I try.” Sylvester replied modestly.
“Our school is very sorry for what happened last time in the international competitions. Our coming today is to rectify things with Hamerton. I also heard that, Miss Natalie is the new President.”
“Yes.” Sylvester replied. “And she will see you in the lounge room.”
“Thank you.” Hans replied.
Ivan had to receive the French students and without knowing, shook hands with Paula Moure.
Paula was older then. Her red hair had grown and she left it to dangle over her back.
“Bon après-midi.” he greeted her.
“Bonjour.” She replied impassively. “I want to assure you that St. Marie is the best school in all of Europe. Tell your President that.”
Ivan remained silent, quite amused with her attitude.
She walked away and Ivan smiled to receive different member students of the HOR. They wore blue and white colored uniforms.
‘Scotland.’ Ivan thought and extended his hand. “Good afternoon.”
The leader did not reply to his greeting. “Oliver Geniuses is still dissenting this union. We are wondering why we lost our student and no one was accounted for it.”
‘Ashleigh’ Ivan thought. “I hope that, that will be in the agenda of discussion, mister…”
“Alastair.” The boy helped reluctantly.
“Yes amh. Mister Alastair we will discuss that.”
Without a reply, Alastair and his people walked on.

Mr. Gram ushered the visitors into Block B of the school buildings where was the lounge hall prepared to entertain the guests for a while, before they could refresh in their temporary homes.
When Ivan did not find Natalie in the lounge hall, he went to look for her in her office.
As he expected, Natalie was there, pacing nervously in front of her desk.
“Natalie?” He called her when he entered the office, unnoticed.
She turned to him. “Yes?”
“What are you doing?” he asked, grimacing.
She sighed. “I am afraid Ivan.”
He shook his head, feeling sorry for her. “Natalie, you will be fine. You can’t let that girl get the best of you.”
“Ivan, you don’t understand. If you were in my shoes, if you had seen what I saw, you won’t be saying that. I don’t want to go out there.” She said, almost crying.
He abandoned the door and walked to her. “Natalie, you are the President of Hamerton.”
“That’s not enough. That’s not enough because, a murderer like Paula keeps roaming free and… the SOHOR or whatsoever are going to destroy the school and there’s nothing that I, as President, can do to save us.” She said in devastation.
“Don’t say that Natalie, you have got the badge.” He coaxed her.
She shook her head and turned aside. “I just wish that I could break this allegiance. I just wish that I could cut the ties and end this once and for all.”
Ivan narrowed his eyes. He thought that he heard the same words somewhere.
His eyes flashed with an idea and he took a stand in front of her. “Natalie, you are not the only one who think that.”
“What?” she asked in a low hopeless voice.
“Yes!” Ivan said, taking her hand in excitement.
She sniffed and, like old times, he offered her his handkerchief. She thanked him and blew her nose in it. “I don’t understand Ivan, what are you talking about?” She asked afterward.
“I am saying that, there are other people in the organization who also do not agree with the allegiance.”
She took a few seconds, pondering the possibility. “How many are they, Ivan? I read the constitution. The allegiance can’t be broken except by half of the organization who do not agree with it.”
“It’s Oliver Geniuses alone. But, we can conduct opinion polls. I met Paula. She doesn't like you either. Maybe she can vote against the allegiance.”
“I don’t like the sound of her but, that would make three. The allegiance has at least fifteen member schools and, less than those are here today in Hamerton.”
“Are there more coming?”
“No, according to Sylvester.”
Ivan was silent, vainly searching in the office room for solutions.
“See, Ivan? I have every reason to be disappointed.”
Ivan glanced at her. “What if there was a way to get rid of Paula, alone?”
“How?”
“The Oliver Geniuses want for the culprit who murdered their student to be punished. If she can’t get formal justice then, there must be a clause in the constitution that deals with people who harm members of the other schools within SOHOR.” He suggested. “After all, you do swear to integrity right?”
She nodded. “Of course.” She said smiling. “I haven’t taken the oath yet but, she has. She is liable to face any judgment that SOHOR will give her.”
Ivan smiled too. “There’s the spirit. Do not let your spirit be broken by what that girl says.”
“Yes.” She said with boldness replacing defeat. “Thank you Ivan.”
He smiled. “It’s always a pleasure to put a smile on your face.”
She gave him a hug that he held on to, wishing that it would last forever.
She drew back with a little struggle and hit him lightly. “You shouldn't get used to that.”
“Sorry.” He excused himself.
“C’mon, let’s go and take down that girl.”
