HAMERTON 2 Chapter 3 episode 13

HAMERTON 2
Thank you God for this opportunity.

Hamerton. A large school offering the finest Education to the students of the state and overseas. Natalie joins this school arriving from Brooklyn and she has grief over her lost friends who were murdered in Hamerton. She teams up with Ingrid and their fellow seniors against the House of Representatives to prevent a bomb blast that could cause a large massacre.

Hallo dear viewers.

“Howls?” Millies called as soon as she met Corny in an outdoor restaurant.
Corny was there with Trevor and they both rose to receive her.
She gave Corny a light hug. “I left as soon as I got your message and took the first flight to here.”
“Thank you Millies.” Corny said, sighing.
She turned to Trevor. “Trevor, how are you?”
“Well, I can’t say that I’m fine.”
Millies shook her head, feeling sorry for them both. “We are going to fix this guys.”
“Yes. Thank you.”
“Please, let’s have a sit.” Corny suggested. "Would you like anything, Millies."
“No. Thank you.” Millies said and pushed back a chair behind her to sit. “So, tell me what happened all over again.”
“I’ll start.” Trevor said. “I have a friend called Kehlan, she met me yesterday afternoon and told me that, she and her friend were invaded the night before by some guys who wanted info about me.” He begun and paused.
Millies had taken out her phone from her handbag. She tapped it as she listened to him. “This Kehlan is the girl in this blue file, Howls?” She asked, glimpsing at Corny Howls across the table.
“Yes. Have you gone through it?” Howls replied and asked.
“Yeah. Overnight, in the hotel where I slept.” She perused the phone for a few seconds and urged Trevor. “Go on, Trevor.”
“She confessed to me that, she told the SOHOT about me and Maggie.”
“Did you manage to find out what Kehlan told those people who invaded her?” Millies asked.
“She mentioned to me that, she told them that we took similar subjects and that I have a few friends, that’s Maggie and her.”
Millies turned to Howls. “Did you interrogate Kehlan?”
“I didn't want to take the risk.”
“Risk of what, Howls? This is your wife that we are talking about. It doesn't matter if the whole campus finds out about what’s really going on. We have to find her.”
“I understand that Millies but, a commotion can get out of our hands.”
“Not if we have back up. I want to bring the whole team into this. You are a very important figure in the police force and your wife was just kidnapped. Silence could put her life in more danger. No one will understand you, if keeping quiet about a crucial matter such as this.”
Corny was silent.
“Millies. I understand Howls, partly. Making this info and search public could cause a scandal. And not only within the campus but also, in the whole state. Howls is a notable man in and outside of this country, if we announce that his wife is missing and was probably kidnapped by some organization of High school students whatsoever…” he grimaced. “It doesn't even sound.”
“Yes Millies.” Howls agreed. “I trust our team for secrecy. We can handle this, without causing panic.”
Millies took in a deep breath and nodded. “Alright. Did you at least search her apartment? That’s where you last saw her, right?” She asked Corny.
“Yes. And took some photos but, left everything as it was. There were some cameras that connected to a control center in a room next my wife’s.” he said and took in a deep breath to add. “They were observing everything from an adjacent room.”
Millies sighed at the news. “I am so sorry Howls.”
Howls blinked to shave off some tears away. He struggled with a lump of tears stuck in his throat. “Maybe I shouldn't have left her. Maybe, I should have gone with her instead.”
Trevor tried rubbing his friend’s back. “C’mon Howls? Don’t blame yourself. You did not know what was going to happen.”
Howls exhaled and sniffed. “I just, I just don’t understand why it had to be this way. If only I protected her more. If only I didn't…” he paused, unable to go on for the agony that he felt.
“Howls. We are going to find Maggie. I promise you that.” Millies assured him. “Tell me. What else did you find out? Any prints?”
“No. I didn't have the equipment but, I already have a unit working in the apartment right now, the one that belonged to Maggie and the other that the assailants must have been using to observe her.”
“Everyone must be investigated. There must be a lot of leads in the whole campus.”
“Can we keep this undercover if we do so?” Trevor asked.
“There is no chance of that.” Corny replied. “But, we have another option.”
“What is that?” Millies asked.
“The same option that we were using in Neumann Oberschule in Germany to find the real killer of Ashleigh Smith.” Corny told her. “And the one that we are using to track the SOHOT in Hamerton.”
Millies narrowed her eyes at him. “That just might work.”
“What are you talking about guys?” Trevor asked, not wanting to be left out.
Corny turned to him. “Undercover agents. They behave like other people in the society like students, workers and etcetera.”
“You have agents in Hamerton?” Trevor asked.
“Yes.” Millies replied shortly.
“Wow. That’s cool. Can you tell me one?”
“Trevor, that’s not important.” Millies told him and turned to Howls. “You would like us to use undercover agents, here?” she asked in a lower voice.
“Yes, if that’s the only way to keep this operation quiet.” Corny said in agreement.
“Alright.” Millies consented. “I’ll take care of that. So, you told me that, you have a unit in Maggie’s apartment collecting evidence?”
 “Yes.” Corny replied.
“Let me leave you. I will oversee that.” Millies said.
“Are you okay with what I could tell you?” Trevor asked.
Millies turned to him. “Yeah sure. I’ll gather the rest when I talk to Kehlan herself.”
“Oh. So, you are going to study at our University? Great.”
Millies shook her head with impatience and nodded to Corny. “Tell him, Howls.”
With that, she rose and left the guys to themselves.
Trevor turned to Corny immediately. “Howls. Please tell me, what was she talking about? And who were secret agents in our school?”
“Trevor, if I do that then, what would be them meaning of secret?” Corny asked instead.
“But, I've always been a part of the ‘secrecy’.” He said, quoting the word secrecy with his fingers. “Besides that, I am no longer studying in Hamerton.”
“Okay.” Corny sighed. “There are many but, I’d rather give you a name of one that is presumed dead.” He said and Trevor furrowed his eyebrows. Corny gloated, feeling pleased to disclose Nicky’s name.
Trevor’s mouth dropped with shock.

What????

HAMERTON 2 Chapter 1- episode 4

Previously on Hamerton 2; Natalie and Ingrid chat about she and Ivan talked about and Ingrid is on Ivan's side. Trevor gets to talk to Maggie and he asks her to convince Corny Howls to cover up or him as he goes to Hamerton to warn Natalie about the evil sect.
Natalie almost got rapped by her x boyfriend Simon and one of his friends was shot.

Finally, Trevor thought. I will see Natalie again
After Maggie left, he emptied his own drink and rose from the table, ready to leave. Just then, Kehlan who was watching him and Maggie talk, walked from her spot to his.
“Hey.” He greeted first.
“Hi.” She responded and sounded offended afterward. “You didn't tell me that you have another girlfriend.”
“Oh Maggie isn’t-”
“And she is older than you isn't she?” she cut him short.
“Kehlan_”
“What do you like about her? She is fat!”
Trevor frowned. “Stop interrupting me and you have no right to speak rudely about people.”
She crossed her arms under her breasts. “I thought that you liked me. But, you are with that…” she grimaced, “Girl!” she shouted disgustedly.
“Maggie is not my girlfriend!” he denied loudly.
She freed her hands. “And you were kissing her?”
Before Trevor had the chance to defend himself, Corny came to the receiver. “Hey, were you really kissing my wife?”
Trevor felt like a bucket of water was poured over his head. “You have got all this situation mixed up.” He said it loud enough for Corny to hear. “And you, Kehlan. Maggie is my friend and so are you, nothing more.”
She pouted her lips forward, pulling a frown.
“Now, if you will excuse me, I will go back to my room.” He said and walked out on her.

An hour later Maggie was stuffing the pillows of her living room couches.
She lived in a cozy apartment within the University campus. Her purpose for moving there was an aid to protect Trevor.
She hummed a tune while arranging the pillows on the orange sofas. Though she heard the door open, she continued working without turning.
She gasped when cold hands were placed on her waist. “Howls.” She whispered, shutting her eyes softly and snuggling in his embrace.
He kissed her below her ear. “How are you dear?”
“Missing you.” she replied and turned to him, holding him. “Really, really missing you.” she said and kissed him.
They exchanged throbbing kisses until they both fell on the couch. Then, she drew back, laughing.
“I am going to eat you up.” He informed, trying to pull his tie loose.
She held it and sat up, helping him to take it off.
He kissed her again and again and along the way, he asked her. “So, what’s up with Trevor and you?”
She looked down and he had to pause touching her.
“What’s wrong?” he asked.
“Howls, can I talk to you about something?”
“Yes of course honey? I’m all ears.”
“It’s about Trevor and eventually, you will have to go against Mr. Tommy.”
He raised his eyebrows in surprise. “How? Tell me.”
She took in a deep breath, “Honey? Trevor’s girlfriend, Natalie, is in danger. Trevor wants to warn her and as you know, Mr. Tommy will never let him. So, I’m asking you, not to tell Mr. Tommy that he is going to see her.”
“Natalie is in danger? What kind of danger exactly?”
“The sect. The evil people are back and apart from Natalie, Trevor’s school will get blown up. He wants to warn her about what’s going on. Do you understand?”
“You mean to ask me to let Trevor go back to Hamerton, against Mr. Tommy’s wishes.” He reckoned.
She made a sound from her throat with her mouth closed, consenting to his conclusion.
Corny rose. “Maggie, I can’t do that.”
She rose too. “Howls. Why? Natalie’s life is in danger and that of the rest of Hamerton. These means a lot to Trevor.”
“Maggie, I can promise to look on Hamerton’s case; as a police officer but, I can never allow for Trevor to go back to Hamerton. What if he gets hurt?”
“Howls, please? He won’t get hurt. He’s only going to see her and tell her the truth that’s all.” She said and searched in the room for more points. “Probably they will meet outside school. He will be fine.”
“You just said that, the sect is still on. That means that they could pull anything on Trevor while he’s there.”
“Howls-”
“Maggie! What will I tell Mr. Tommy if anything happens to his son? If he was harassed again or at the point of death, Mr. Tommy will die from a heart attack.” He said and sighed, lowering his tone. “I can’t do that to the man who raised me and gave me a good life. I will be so cruel to him if I get behind his back, keeping from him that Trevor has gone back to Hamerton.”
“Howls.” She called and paused, frowning at him. “What about Trevor? He is your friend and he has always treated you like family. How is he going to take it if you deny him the chance to see his girlfriend for a few days and staying out of trouble while doing so?”
He was silent. He had not thought of that.
“Howls.” She called her again and took his hands. “Honey, he loves that girl and now her life is at stake.”
“Oh. He loves her like he loved Nicky and Ingrid. She is going to pass in his mind. That, I am very sure of.” He said confidently.
“Howls not this time. This time it’s different. You have seen. It has been nine months and he still hasn't forgotten her. Please give him a chance.” She said and waited for his response. He was silent but, seemingly convinced. “Honey, imagine that anyone was to keep you from seeing me and my life was in danger.”
He widened his eyes and held her arms. “That will never happen.”
“See?” she said. “That’s what you are doing to Trevor. Both you and Mr. Tommy. I can understand that you care for him but, what about his happiness? That girl from Brooklyn and his honest desire to protect his former school is what Trevor is.”
“But, Maggie, he can have another relapse.”
“He won’t have anything. He is going to be fine. I will pray that, that doesn't happen.”
“What if you are wrong Maggie? What if Trevor doesn't really love this girl?”
“You’re not seeing the big picture Mr. Police officer. People are going to die if Trevor doesn't do anything.”
“Oh.” He sighed, releasing her.
He sat on the couch and rested his elbows on his knees, partly covering his head with her palms. “How on earth am I going to lie to Mr. Tommy about this?” he wondered aloud.
She gloated secretly and sat next to him, spreading her hands around his back. “If you want, I can help you.”
He shook his head in dismay.

Back in Brooklyn, Mrs. Bradley sat on the edge of a long couch, cuddling her cute baby.
Nathaniel was born on the day that Natalie was made President of Hamerton. During that time, there was full of good news in the Bradley family. Mr. Bradley came to New York afterward and until now, he was processing a transfer to work back in USA or even better, move to England to reunite their family.
“Aaw you cute little one.” She coaxed her baby.
The room lights were off. She wanted the darkness to get the baby to sleep. Mrs. Grey’s grandson, Greyson was around and he had a loud music in his room that prevented the child from sleeping.
Mrs. Bradley kissed her son right before the telephone rang. She stretched her hand to the stand next to the sofa where she was sitting and picked up the receiver.
“Hallow?”
“Mrs. Bradley.” A male’s voice replied.
“Yes. Who is it please?”
“Simon. I used to study with your daughter in Brimstone.”
She smiled, shaking the baby on her lap. “Oh. I remember you. How are things? Have you graduated already?”
“Not yet ma’am but, I have to talk to you about Natalie.”
Mrs. Bradley raised her eyebrows. “Oh and can we talk over the phone or you will come to my house?”
“Maybe I will show up at your place. Or, you will meet me tomorrow at Mrs. Charity’s dinner.”
She crossed her face. “Okay. What time?”
“Ten in the morning if you will.”
“Okay, okay. I will do my best but, I have a small baby to take care of.”
“It’s alright. I will be waiting for you there from 10:00am.”
“Okay. Thank you.”
“And ma’am?”
“Yes Simon?”
“This is very important.”
Mrs. Bradley was silent, astounded by the tone of his voice.
“Goodbye.” He bid before she could reply and hang up.
Mrs. Bradley took in a deep breath. The call left her stunt.

HAMERTON 2- MISSING PIECE

HAMERTON 2
Thank you God for this opportunity.

Chapter 1: Missing Piece

Natalie sat behind her office desk, reviewing questions that Cheryl brought to her desk. Cheryl intended to write an article about Natalie, for the school Magazine to be released on the month’ end.
She put answers on a rough paper beside the questionnaire and along the way, she paused. She remembered Trevor. Almost a year had gone by, since the two communicated. The last that Natalie heard was that, Trevor was fully recovered and was discharged at least three weeks after being admitted to the referral hospital in London.
She was lost to why Trevor did not look for her. She wondered what became of their relationship. She drew a deep sigh and shut her eyes, trying to imagine where he was and what he was doing.

A few miles away in a Chemistry lecture, Trevor sat with a large group of students. In perfect health and older now, Trevor was more handsome than ever.
He held a blue pen close to his temple, listening attentively to his organic Chemistry professor. Gradually, he noted down whatever the lady tutor mentioned in her explanations.

“And so, the alcohol will react with carboxylic acid to form an Ester.” The professor said in conclusion.
There was a hand from a girl sitting next to Trevor. “Mrs. Fisher, how does alcohol react with the acid in that process?”
The madam turned to a green chalk board behind her and noted skeletons of organic compounds. “Miss Noels, the alcohol here, gives up its hydroxyl ion which combines with the proton from the acid to form water while the_”
“Oh. So it reacts as a base?” The girl interrupted.
The tutor grinned and nodded.
Just then an electric bell sounded outside the class and the students begun shuffling their books, ready to leave.
“That will be all for today. Thank you.” The professor said.
Trevor closed his notepad and fetched his bag from the back of his seat.
He dropped it on his desk just before meeting his neighbor’s face.
“Hi.” The girl greeted charmingly.
She was tall and slim with long wavy hair dangling on her shoulders.
He smiled a little. “Hi.”
“My name is Kehlan Noels. I only have a few days here and I haven’t yet adhered to the campus life. Do you think that we can have a drink or something?”
He nodded. “It’s alright Kehlan. Call me Trevor.”
She smiled. “Nice meeting you Trevor.”
“Nice meeting you too.”
He rose and they started strolling together out of the lecture hall.
“I find Mrs. Fisher’s class very difficult.” She begun, opening a conversation.
“Oh, why?”
“Well, she talks very quickly. It’s sometimes hard to catch up with her.”
“Well. You just have to be a little keener to understand her.”
“I try that. Maybe it’s because I am not from here.”
“Oh. Where do you come from?”
“Norway. I have also lived in America.”
“Okay. If you want, we can go over what she taught when we have the chance.”
“Thank you.” She said.
They emerged into a cloister that was used by many students going to various parts of the university campus.
“And where are you from?” She asked.
“USA but, I have been schooling in England for the past five years.”
She nodded. “Nice.”
They entered a cafeteria and picked a table where he pulled a chair for her.
She thanked and sat.
“What would you like?” he asked.
“Thank you. Amh, a hot coffee maybe and muffins.”
“Alright.” He said and left, later coming back with two coffee plastic cups and a bag of muffins.
She thanked and he sat opposite her.
“This is delicious.” She said after biting one.
“No doubt. The cook here is great.” He replied.
“Mmh.” She said, nodding to the taste. She swallowed afterward and asked, “So, tell me about yourself.”
“Me, well… there isn't much to tell. I’m just a guy.”
She laughed a little. “No. I've noticed that you have been very quiet.”
He shrugged. “Maybe because I’m new.”
She laughed again and he could manage a giggle.
“You are very funny. C’mon? There must be something behind that handsome face and dazzling look.”
“You flatter me Kehlan but, to be honest, if at all there’s anything beyond this face,” he spread his hands close to his face. “Trust me, you don wanna know.”
“Ooh. I like it.”
“Like what?”
“Guys like you, undercover… keeping their things secretive.”
He raised a tantalizing eyebrow, picking up his coffee. “Maybe it’s best that way.”
Soon, his cell phone rang in his pocket and he excused himself, drawing it out.
He received it. “Yes dad?”
“Are you with a girl?” Mr. Tommy sounded.
Trevor glanced at Kehlan. “Yes dad.”
“Okay. Amh, Cowls tells me here that her name is Kehlan Noels, a first year student at your University, taking Engineering Chemistry with you. She is Norwegian by descent and has a single parent-”
“Dad.” Trevor cut him short. “I am fine.”
Dad sounded sighing over the phone. “I don’t want that whatever happened to you last time, to take place again. Take care son.”
“Sure father.” Trevor said and lowered the phone, hanging up.
“Oh. Your dad checks up on you.” Kehlan reckoned.
“Maybe a little.” He said retrieving the cell phone in his pocket.
“You have got a loving father.”
He sipped his coffee. “Tell me about yourself.”
